- L'acier utilisé est identique, il y a bien la torsion entre les deux axes pour la précontrainte de charge.
- Les graisseurs sont en 1/4 et non en 3/8.
- Les embouts des douilles sont évidées.
- Les bagues caoutchoucs ont un logement pour retenir le surplus de graisse.

This model of shackel has been remanufactured according to the original factory drawings.
- The steel used is identical, and there is a torsion between the two axes for the pre-stressed load.
- The grease nipples are 1/4 and not 3/8.
- The socket ends are recessed.
- The rubber bushes have a recess to retain excess grease.
The reason for the twist design is simple; a shackle system with two flat bars and two through bolts is supported at all four points.
The "U" shackle is only supported by the shape of the "U" itself.
It is like a big rig flat bed trailer that is arched so it will have flex when a load is applied.
It is the same principal.
